Super Stories debut show is a ‘hilarious and adventurous’ interactive journey for children and families. Described as ‘a breathtaking example of pandemic problem-solving’, it uses the wizardry of green screens, dazzling performances and lovingly hand-crafted puppets to bring audiences into the story, taking them far and wide in their big blue hot air balloon!

Venture up into the sky as one of our ‘Cloud Cadets’ with the help of clumsy Captain Calamity and his able Apprentice, as we go ‘Up, Up, Up and Away’ on the adventure of a lifetime!

Based on Hans Christian Andersen’s ‘The Flea and the Professor’, our story follows a young aeronaut who finds himself piloting the balloon sooner than expected, after a series of calamitous mishaps send it way off course. With the help of the audience and a famous talking flea, he must navigate through storms, trek through jungles, and command magic to escape the evil clutches of the great magician, Zucchini Calzone!

The show springs to life to life using puppets, music, and colourful backgrounds, and is sure to ignite the imagination and satisfy even the most adventurous of spirits.
